Draft EA/FONSI Available for the Smith River Rancheria Water Resources Development Project

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has released for public review and comment a Draft Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact (EA/FONSI) for the Smith River Rancheria Water Resources Development Project which involves installing and developing a new community well on the Rancheria to provide an alternative source of water to meet current needs.

The Draft EA/FONSI were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and are available online.  If you encounter problems accessing the document online, please call 916-978-5100 or e-mail mpPublicAffairs@usbr.gov.
