Reclamation Announces Negotiation Session for Cawelo Water District's Long-Term Conveyance Contract

The Bureau of Reclamation will hold a session with Cawelo Water District to negotiate contract terms and conditions for conveyance of previously banked non-Central Valley Project water via Federal facilities, to Alameda County Flood Control District Zone 7, for municipal and industrial purposes. The goal of the negotiation is to arrive at a mutually agreeable long-term contract. The negotiation session will be held in:

Fresno Monday, November 30, 2009, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Reclamation, South-Central California Area Office 1243 N Street

The public is welcome to attend and will have the opportunity to comment.
