The meeting will be held in the Henderson Convention Center at 200 South Water Street in Henderson, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The LROC were developed pursuant to Section 602 of the Colorado River Basin Project Act of 1968, and ensure the coordinated long-range operation of the reservoirs, particularly Lake Powell and Lake Mead. The LROC undergo public review approximately every five years. Previous reviews were conducted in 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, and 1995.

The proposed changes will not affect the allocation of Colorado River water to the Basin States nor change the entitlements within each state.
