Draft EA/FONSI Available for the Adobe Ranch Temporary Additional Point of Delivery and Right-of-Way Access on the Madera Canal near the City of Madera, California

The Bureau of Reclamation announces the availability of the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a temporary additional point of delivery and temporary right-of-way access permit on the Madera Canal, near the city of Madera, California. This action is for the delivery of up to 200 acre-feet of water for livestock.

The Draft EA and FONSI were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and are available for public review and comments. The documents may be viewed at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=4312.
