Beginning on Sunday night, April 26, 2009, the releases on the Trinity River below Lewiston Dam will be increased incrementally from the winter base flow of 300 cubic feet per second (cfs) to a peak release of 4,500 cfs on May 1, 2009. Flows will be reduced to the base summer flows of 450 cfs by July 5, and will remain at that level through September 30, the end of Water Year 2009.
