Negotiation Session Scheduled for Proposed Assignment of the County of Tulare Cross Valley Division Water Service Contract to Ten Subcontractors

The Bureau of Reclamation has scheduled a negotiation session for the assignment of the County of Tulare Cross Valley Division Water Service contract to ten individual Cross Valley subcontractors. Reclamation will hold a session with the County of Tulare and the ten subcontractors for delivery of the 5,308 acre-feet of water from the Central Valley Project (CVP).

The contractor is the County of Tulare and the subcontractors are: Alpaugh Irrigation District; Atwell Island Water District; Hills Valley Irrigation District; Saucelito Irrigation District; Frasinetto Farms, LLC; Stone Corral Irrigation District; Strathmore Public Utility District; Styro-Tek, Incorporated; and the cities of Lindsay and Visalia. The negotiation session will be held in:

Fresno, California Tuesday, April 21, 2009 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bureau of Reclamation South-Central California Area Office 1243 N Street
