For Release: November 10, 2008

The Bureau of Reclamation will hold a negotiation session with eight Cross Valley Division contractors on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to ensure that contract terms and conditions are documented consistent with the parties' intent as previously negotiated.  The negotiation session will be held at Reclamation's South-Central California Area Office, 1243 N Street, Fresno, CA.

The goal of the negotiation session is to arrive at a mutually agreeable form of Cross Valley long-term water service contract to be used as a baseline form of contract for future negotiations with individual Cross Valley contractors after completion of ongoing environmental analyses.
