North Platte River Water Operations - Public Information Meeting

The Wyoming Area Office of the Bureau of Reclamation in Mills, Wyoming, has scheduled a North Platte River Water Information meeting in Torrington, Wyoming, according to John Lawson, Area Manager.

The meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, October 18, 2004, in the Brand Room of the Rendezvous Center at the Goshen County Fairgrounds, in Torrington, Wyoming. The Fairgrounds are located on Highway 26, 0.9 miles west of the Highway 26 and Highway 85 junction in Torrington. A presentation will be made on the operations, accounting and allocations of the North Platte River Reservoirs in Water Year 2004 which ended on September 30. Scenarios of operations for Water Year 2005 will be presented using reasonable minimum, expected, and reasonable maximum water supply conditions.
