Last Holiday Season, more than 4,000 children and 600 adults and seniors in Sacramento County received wrapped presents through this program; an estimated 13,500 gifts were distributed. "Gifts From The Heart" is coordinated by the Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services, Child Protective Services.
