USCID Conference Draws Top Water Policy Officials

Leading federal, state, and private sector water policy officials will discuss the complexities involving effective water management in the West at the U.S. Committee on Irrigation and Drainage (USCID) Conference planned for Boise, Idaho.

Who and When: Wednesday, October 25 - 12:45 - 3:00 p.m.

Mark Limbaugh, Assistant Secretary for Water and Science for the U.S. Department of the Interior. Greg Wyatt, Vice President and General Manager, United Water Idaho.

Friday, October 27 - 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Karl Dreher, Director, Idaho Department of Water Resources. John Keys, former Commissioner for the Bureau of Reclamation (retired).

Where: Doubletree Hotel Boise-Riverside in Boise, Idaho.

Why: The Conference will provide a technical forum to discuss the many issues relating to surface and ground water supplies. Plenary sessions are open to the media.
