Road Closure Across Trenton Dam

The Bureau of Reclamation will be closing county road 44B across Trenton Dam in southwest Nebraska to complete routine maintenance activities. The road will be closed for approximately 90 days starting in early August. Traffic will be detoured via Highway 25 through the city of Trenton. During this time, there will be no public vehicle traffic across the dam and no foot traffic in the construction area or across the spillway bridge.

Reclamation has contracted with Hartman-Walsh Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri, to recoat metalwork in the spillway and on the bridge deck.
