First Annual Lake Cascade RMP Update Planned

The Bureau of Reclamation is following up on an earlier commitment to the local community in Cascade, Idaho, by hosting this year's first annual Lake Cascade Resource Management Plan update meeting on Wednesday, May 28.

The meeting will be held from 7:00  9:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 101 Mill Street in Cascade, Idaho.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide current information to the public regarding the implementation of the Lake Cascade RMP, which was issued in final format last year to serve as a blueprint for management of the land and water resources around the reservoir.

Following a brief introduction, the meeting will cover the review planning process that led to the final Lake Cascade RMP, the progress made in implementing the plan, and a question and answer period.
