The Bureau of Reclamation, in cooperation with the state of Utah Division of Water Resources, has released the Park City and Snyderville Basin Water Supply Study Special Report. The purpose of the report prepared by Reclamation as directed by Congress, is to evaluate water needs within the rapidly growing Park City and Snyderville Basin area, quantify those needs and develop and evaluate alternatives to provide for future Municipal and Industrial (M&I) water supplies.

Reclamation, along with its partners, core team members, stakeholders and the public, compiled all comments received during the report process to aid in the completion of the final report. The new report reviews water development options for public, private and quasi-governmental entities in the area.
