Day use fees waived at New Melones Lake, Lake Berryessa, and Stony Gorge Reservoir on Presidents’ Day

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – In honor of Presidents’ Day, Monday, Feb. 17, the Bureau of Reclamation will waive day use fees at Lake Berryessa, New Melones Lake, and Stony Gorge Reservoir. Other fees, such as overnight camping, boat launching, and fees associated with concession managed areas, will still apply.

The New Melones Lake administration office at 6850 Studhorse Flat Road, Sonora, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the purchase of park passes. For additional information, contact New Melones or visit the New Melones website here: https://www.usbr.gov/mp/ccao/newmelones/index.html.

The Lake Berryessa Dufer Point Visitor Center at 5520 Knoxville Road, Napa, is open Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays from noon to 3 p.m. Maps, information, and America the Beautiful passes are available during operating hours.
