Financial Assistance & Property Managment Division
Pete Solano (acting), Division Manager (84-27100)

The Financial Assistance Property Management Division (FAPMD) consists of policy and operations for both financial assistance and property management functions in the Mission Support Organization. Additionally, FAPMD has oversight over Denver office fleet, personal property, mail room and facilities operations.

Property Management Branch - Sam Sweetser (acting), Manager (84-27112) consists of Reclamation Personal Property Section (RPPS) and the Denver Officer Property and Facility Operations Section (PFOS).

Financial Assistance Operations Branch - Katie Neupane, Chief of Grants Management (84-27130) is responsible for the award and administration of grants and cooperative agreements in support of Denver Office and Washington Office programs. The staff performs financial assistance operational support, and distributes career and training information for Reclamation grants management specialists

Additionally, the group coordinates the use of and manages Reclamation-wide financial assistance systems, such as GrantSolutions, the Information Monitoring and Tracking System (IMATS), and the Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP).

Financial Assistance Policy Branch - Chris Felton, Branch Manager (84-27140) is responsible for development and maintenance of Reclamation-wide financial assistance policy and regulations. The staff performs policy and oversight functions, implements new legislative initiatives, and distributes career and training information for Reclamation grants management specialists.
