Construction Status
- Balfour-Beatty, Inc. substantially completed the pumping plant and fish screen on 26 September 2012 and TCCA took over operations on 28 September 2012.
- Moving Waters Industries have tested and delivered all of the pump/motors.
- West Bay Builders reached substantial completion in December 2011.
- The Terrestrial Mitigation Project completed plantings and is now in the maintenance phase until October 2017.
- The Decommissioning Contract (fixing the gates in the up position and salvaging related equipment and materials) is scheduled for completion in late 2014.
- Total project cost estimate is $180 million.
- Funding: $113.7 million ARRA, $12 million State of California, $54.3 other federal
