The CVPIA Habitat Restoration Program (HRP), managed by the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service was established under Title XXXIV, Section 3406 (b)(I) "other" of the CVPIA under the Fish and Wildlife Restoration Activities" section. Accordingly, the HRP implements actions that will protect, restore, and enhance special-status species and their habitats affected by the CVP.The CVPIA Habitat Restoration Program (HRP)
