Fish and Water Operations Group

The Fish and Water Operations Group (FWOG) is comprised of agency and interested party management representatives. The purpose of the FWOG is to provide a comprehensive, system-wide perspective across the Central Valley Project (CVP) and State Water Project (SWP), and to review work products and resolve performance and conduct matters identified by tributary-level groups. Unless impracticable, monitoring information on species and environmental conditions will be made available through open and accessible tools. FWOG members will receive notifications regarding the Weekly Fish and Water Outlook and may provide input on management actions including weekly assessments and monitoring programs. In addition, FWOG members should oversee technical teams to ensure review and incorporation of input into seasonal and annual reports.
