Information Management Group

The Information Management Group provides staff support to EIMT and is responsible for Reclamation-wide policy, management and implementation activities related to Information Management, Records Management, Drawings Management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Accessibility (Section 508), Photographic Records, and the Denver Technical Library.


Information Management Handbook

The Bureau of Reclamation's Information Management Handbook (IMH) defines the responsibilities and requirements for records and non-records management, establishes the drafting and modeling standards for all of Reclamation, and details the requirements for Reclamation correspondence. records management, library materials management, audiovisual and multimedia management, and correspondence management must comply with Federal laws and policies. Adhering to the IMH requirements ensures that Reclamation remains in compliance with these laws and policies.
